Hi, I’m Julie.
My journey began after the completion of my initial 200hr Yoga Alliance Teacher Training under the guidance of United Yoga Montreal in 2008. When I discovered I was pregnant with my 3rd child I knew I wanted to create a calming and nurturing environment for my baby and deepen the connection for my own journey into motherhood.
I became passionate about offering mamas a healing space to practice and became certified as a Pre/Postnatal Yoga Teacher (through Dig Yoga and 5 Elements of Yoga and Pilates). This led me to complete a rewarding certification through The Bellies Inc. Program as a Core Confidence Specialist and Pelvic Health Educator assessing common pelvic health issues in pregnancy and postpartum.
As a busy mom of 3 my focus shifted as I began to practice and teach Restorative Yoga as a way to find a quiet, mindful space in my life. Throughout my teaching journey I have completed an additional 300hrs of therapeutic trainings and am passionate and committed to helping women of all ages find comfort and ease in their evolving bodies.
My desire to learn and grow in my personal practice continues daily both on and off the mat not only as a yoga teacher but also a mama of 3 amazing children.
