Strength and Flow Yoga
Strength and Flow Yoga classes are designed for all levels, all bodies and all abilities.
This class will get you moving and connected to your breath and body by incorporating balance, building strength and exploring functional movement .
You’ll flow through a series of playful postures often using props such as blocks or belts to assist or encourage the body to open, lengthen and strengthen.
I guarantee you’ll leave feeling at ease and grounded having a deeper sense of awareness to your breath.
