Prenatal Yoga

Prenatal Yoga is a gentle class designed to ease the aches and pains of expectant mamas in a nurturing and supportive space and most importantly helps you bond with your unborn child.

Classes will focus on Core Breathing techniques and opening hips and shoulders, preparing the body for labour and postpartum recovery, as well as maintaining flexibility and muscle strength.

This class is also a wonderful opportunity to connect with other expectant mama’s creating connection and community. You can join in at any stage of your pregnancy and no previous yoga experience is necessary.
